Keyboard shortcuts

MacroLens can be used with the keyboard alone: every button, link and form field is reachable with Tab.

Keys Action
Tab / Shift+Tab Next / previous element
Enter Open a link, press a button, submit a form
Space Tick a checkbox or press a button
Esc Close a dialog
Tab at the top of a page Shows the Skip to content link to skip the menu
Alt+← / Alt+→ Previous / next page in the browser
Ctrl + click Open a link in a new tab (e.g. several series at once)

Enter in the search box Search
Ctrl+F Find text on the current page (browser function)

Data, printing and viewing

Keys Action
Ctrl+S Save the analysis (in the analysis workspace)
Ctrl+C Copy the selected text or values
Ctrl+P Print the page (printed without menus)
Ctrl + + / Ctrl + - / Ctrl+0 Zoom in / out / reset the page zoom
F5 Reload the page

Charts

Action Result
Select an area with the mouse Zoom into the chart
Double-click the chart Return to the full view
Hover over a point Show the exact value and period
Click a series in the legend Hide or show the series

Presentation mode

←, ↑, Page Up, Backspace Previous slide
Home / End First / last slide
F Toggle full screen
N Show / hide speaker notes

Ctrl+Alt+F5 Refresh All — refreshes all Power Query queries in the workbook
