Saving and library

The Library lists all your saved work. Your work is stored on the MacroLens server, so you can reach it from any computer by signing in with your account.
What the library contains

Working with the library
- Search by title and filter by kind.
- Folders — group your work in folders (e.g. “Quarterly review”, “Forecasts 2026”).
- Rename, Move to folder, copy, delete. When a folder is removed, its items are not deleted — they move to No folder.
- Share with colleagues — shared items are visible to the other MacroLens users of your organisation. They cannot change them but can make their own copy. The library also shows items your colleagues share with you.
- Download everything (ZIP) — a copy of all your saved items in open formats (XLSX, DOCX, PPTX, CSV, JSON).
Saved work always opens with the latest data.
User series
You can save a calculated or edited series (e.g. your forecast or an indicator calculated with a formula) as a user series:
- In an analysis, select the series and choose Save as my series.
- Enter a code (e.g.
gdp_forecast), a title, a description and a unit. - Choose whether the series should be recalculated automatically when its input data is updated (e.g. a formula using database series), or keep the saved values.
Use the user series:
- in formulas:
U("gdp_forecast"); - in other analyses — add it as a user series;
- in the Excel add-in — search among your own series.
User series can be shared with colleagues like any other item.
Confidentiality of your data
Your work belongs to your organisation. Sixty Four OÜ does not use it for any other purpose, does not pass it to third parties and does not feed it into any analytics or artificial-intelligence service.
