Browsing
Browsing helps you explore the contents of the database when you do not know exactly what to look for. Choose Browse in the left-hand menu.
Ways to browse

| By category | The Technical Specification categories: national accounts; current account and foreign trade; business statistics; prices; labour market and wages; demography (incl. international migration); economic cycle; social indicators; agriculture; general government finance; in addition, financial markets and money |
| By source | The nine official sources → their datasets → time series |
| By dataset | A source table or dataflow (e.g. Eurostat namq_10_gdp) with all its series |
| By region | Lithuania, EU member states, other OECD and G8 countries, aggregate regions (EU, euro area, OECD, etc.) |
Each level shows how many time series it contains. A dataset page also shows the dataset's update information: when the source last updated it and when the data was updated in MacroLens.
From browsing to search
You can narrow a chosen category, source, dataset or region further with the search filters — for example open the source “Eurostat” and add the region “Lithuania” and the frequency “Quarterly”.
What to do with a series you found
Click the series to open the series page with a chart, a table, metadata and update information. From there you can add the series to an analysis, download or print it.
